+ Do you offer photography in addition to videography?

We do not offer photography services at this time. We do, however, know some awesome photographers that you'd love just as much as we do!

+ Do you travel? What is your travel policy?

Travel is included for weddings in ND & MN. For weddings outside of our radius, we’ll send a custom quote.

For other sessions, we charge the standard IRS travel rate for the current year. Accommodation may be required - inquire for a quote!

+ What is your pricing?

Our starting prices are listed here. Further pricing information is discussed during an inquiry meeting.

+ How do we book with you?

Fill out this contact form and we will reach out to set up a meeting.

+ How do payments work?

We require a non-refundable retainer at contract signing to hold your date and secure our services. The remaining balance is due by the event date. No footage will be released until the remaining balance is paid in full. We accept online payments through Honeybook or checks payable to Zeitlos Studios. Payment plans are available upon request.

+ What will we walk away with?

Besides some really cool new friends, you will walk away with an online gallery of the videos that you selected. A sample gallery can be viewed here.

+ How long will our wedding film be?

We offer creative edits ranging from 3-15 minutes in length. Longer films would be the result of a full ceremony or full speech edit. We approach every wedding as if we are documenting the day in its entirety. This allows for flexibility post-wedding day to create longer edits if needed. These are YOUR memories. We are just condensing them to be easier to view and more pleasant to watch and share.

+ Do you backup your footage?

Yes! And then again. And then again!

+ How long does it take before we receive our film?

Our films are delicately handled from start to finish. Moment & Milestone films are delivered from 3-6 weeks post session. Our wedding films average from 6-8 months for delivery.

+ Do we also get the RAW footage?

We include RAW highlights with all of our films. It is not our intention to withhold your memories! We clean up the good stuff and include it in your gallery.

+ How are our films delivered?

We deliver our films through a platform called Vidflow This site allows you to download all of your videos in their best quality and share the online gallery with your friends and family. We also host all of our creative edits on Vimeo.com.
